The Digiplex Mission Valley Box Office will open Nov 4. Walk-up tickets for programs at non-Digiplex locations are available at that venue’s box office one hour before showtime. Tickets can also be purchased online now.

4-PACKS & TICKET VOUCHERS

Festival 4-Pack

If you and your friends are planning to buy four or more tickets throughout the festival, the Festival 4-pack is a great value: $40 for four general admission tickets. That’s a $6 discount. Festival 4-Packs can be picked up at will call during the film festival.

You must redeem individual comp tickets and 4-pack tickets for the show of your choice at the box office. You can trade in multiple tickets to the same show. Comp and 4-pack tickets are redeemable for Opening Night, but not redeemable for the Nov. 13th Cinepolis screening of HOW TO USE GUYS WITH SECRET TIPS at Cinepolis or the Nov. 15th screening of DOCUMENTED. Any unused tickets cannot be carried over to the next festival.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds for unused tickets, 4-pack vouchers, or all-festival passes. Exchanges are only available when a program is oversold.

SOLD-OUT SCREENINGS | RUSH LINES

When a program is listed as Sold-Out, there is a very good chance seats will be available through a “rush line” at the theater. Rush lines take place outside the theater as early as 30 minutes before the show. We will offer all open seats 15 minutes before showtime on a first-come, first-served basis to those waiting in the “rush line.”

All discounts are Box Office only unless stated otherwise and only apply on full price tickets (excludes student/military/group discounted tickets).
