Rush Line and Box Office Only: what to do when films are sold out online?

Chances are, there are still plenty of tickets. Note if the screening is RUSH LINE ONLY or BOX OFFICE ONLY.

RUSH LINE ONLY

Set your clocks and get to the theater early! RUSH LINE ONLY means we’re out of tickets online and at the box office. Once badgeholders are let in 15 minutes before the screening, any empty seats are sold to patrons in the rush line on a first-come-first-serve basis.

BOX OFFICE ONLY

Once the festival begins, we limit the number of tickets available online and release the remainder to the theater. If the film listing reads BOX OFFICE ONLY, it means tickets are only available at UltraStar Mission Valley box office.
