The UltraStar Mission Valley box office will begin SDAFF sales on October 28. Walk-up tickets for programs at non-UltraStar locations are available at that venue’s box office one hour before showtime.

Free tickets must be claimed at the theater’s box office on a first-come, first-served basis.

No refunds for unused tickets, 6-pack vouchers, or all-festival passes. Exchanges are only available when a program is oversold.
Sold-Out Screenings and Rush Lines
When a program is listed as Sold-Out, there is a very good chance seats will be available through a “rush line” at the theater. Rush lines take place outside the theater as early as 30 minutes before the show. We will start selling all open seats 15 minutes before showtime on a first-come, first-served basis to those waiting in the “rush line.”
