Online tickets are available TODAY! Visit each film page to purchase tickets. Save money by purchasing a Festival Theme or General 4-Pack of ticket vouchers or get an automatic discount by purchasing 10 or more tickets to the same screening. Questions about group tickets? The Ultrastar Cinemas Mission Valley Box Office will open October 31. Walk-up tickets for programs at non-UltraStar locations are available at that venue’s box office one hour before showtime. Tickets can also be purchased online now.

FESTIVAL 4-PACKS & TICKET VOUCHERS

You must redeem individual comp ticket vouchers and 4-pack ticket vouchers for the show of your choice at the box office. You can trade in multiple tickets to the same show. Comp and 4-pack tickets are redeemable at all screenings except for Opening Night, Closing Night, and all Arclight screenings. Any unused tickets cannot be carried over to the next festival.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds for unused tickets, 4-pack vouchers, or all-festival passes. Exchanges are only available when a program is oversold.

SOLD-OUT SCREENINGS | RUSH LINES

When a program is listed as Sold-Out, there is a very good chance seats will be available through a “rush line” at the theater. Rush lines take place outside the theater as early as 30 minutes before the show. We will offer all open seats 15 minutes before showtime on a first-come, first-served basis to those waiting in the “rush line.”
